Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 48 hours of making the booking will receive a full refund providing it is not within 5 days of check-in.
Cancellations made 5 or more days before check-in will receive a full refund minus a service fee of $50.
If you cancel within 5 days of your trip the first night will be non-refundable but the cost for the remaining nights will be refunded.
If we have to cancel payments will be refunded in full. Gift Voucher-based hire or tours will be rescheduled.
