FRUIT FLY OUTBREAK - Renmark and the greater Riverland area currently have a number of fruit fly outbreaks. This has resulted in restrictions applying to the movement of at-risk fruit and vegetables within our region. Staying active whilst on holiday in Renmark is easy! Whether it's walking, riding, a round of golf or even some adventure seeking, there is something for all levels and abilities.
A must-do when visiting Renmark is to take a stroll along the Renmark Riverfront. A great way to do this is to join in on the Saturday morning parkrun which starts and finishes at the Taylor Riverfront Precinct.
Bring your bikes? There are many trails around Renmark waiting to be explored including the Lock 5 Loop Trail, Matulick Riverfront Trail and Paringa Paddock, which also boasts a permanent DIY Orienteering Course!
The Renmark Swimming Centre and Alan Coulter Recreation Centre, which has an indoor heated pool, means you can swim all year round.
The Renmark Golf Club offers a 9-hole golf course while Renmark and Paringa have several geocaches ready to uncover!
