The Frames is an award winning retreat situated on a cliff-top above the Murray River in the Riverland, South Australia. Providing personalised and luxury accommodation, The Frames shares with you the beauty of the Murray River which is the ultimate indulgence.
Opulent and private, The Frames comprises of three villa retreats, each exquisitely tailored and designed for couples to rejuvenate, relax and fall in love all over again.
Whilst each retreat is architecturally different, the levels of luxury in each are the same. The sense of being wrapped in one of the finest accommodation experiences imaginable is typified throughout. A feature of each bedroom is the large, king-size electric bed that includes electric tilt functions and a variety of massage options.
Similarly, each villa has a private balcony giving you unobstructed views of the Murray River.
Each villa boasts well equipped outdoor living spaces with state of the art outdoor kitchens, individual pools, spas and saunas, creating a resort lifestyle but with exclusive access and privacy.
The three retreats focus on enjoyment and ease of relaxation, hence the electric blinds, Smart TV in each lounge room and bedroom, free WIFI and full kitchen facilities with top-end appliances including dishwasher, an Nespresso coffee machine and your own laundry.
The bathrooms are a delight, each with double-headed showers and spa jets, all superbly finished.
You have the ability to book a retreat on a self-catering basis or can request to have the six-star kitchen provisioned with locally-produced food that the Riverland famous for.
We offer a range of in-house dining options including a personal chef service where a renowned local chef will come to your retreat, prepare and cook a fabulous the course meal just for you.

Directions
Coming from Renmark you drive East on route to Mildura on the Sturt Hwy. Go over the Paringa Bridge then turn left into the Paringa township.
Turn left into Museum Drive which is around 100 metres up the road.
You then turn right straight away and follow the road parallel up the hill until you reach Panorama Court which is the first street.Turn left into Panorama Court and follow it until the end where you will see a driveway with an avenue of trees.
Cancellation Policy
All reservation requests are subject to confirmation.
All rates are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Bookings cancelled prior to 30 days will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking price.
Cancellations within 30 days will incur a 100% cancellation fee of the total booking.
All cancellation fees may be held in credit for 6 months for use on mutually agreed alternative dates subject to availability.
No refunds can or will be given in connection with circumstances arising beyond the reasonable control of The Frames i.e. flight delays by airlines/contracted charter companies/illness or client failure to appear for accommodation.
No refund can be given for any unused services or early departures.
We strongly urge comprehensive travel insurance to cover clients for cancellations medical emergencies additional expenses etc.
Any damage and extras we reserve the right to charge your credit card.
As a small boutique property our business depends on maximising occupancy cancellations often result in empty rooms due to booking lead times.
