Riversands Rest offers four fully equipped cottages located only 100 metres from the river and nearby sandbar and offers your family and friends, couples a place to getaway for school holidays, or time away to sit back and relax when you just want that quiet time to enjoy life. The cottages consist of a living area, kitchen, bathroom with all your heating and cooling facilities to keep you comfortable no matter the time of the year.
The property offers access to your own private boat ramp so whether you bring your own boat or simply need access to the river you can enjoy fishing, yabbying or other river activities right on your doorstep.
Enjoy a short 7-minute walk (1 minute drive) to the nearby Lock 5 precinct where you can enjoy a picnic, use the free barbecue facilities, and look over the old river barge the ‘Bunyip’.
Say hello to the Kangaroos and ducks that frequent the property. There is no pet's policy.
