This has resulted in restrictions applying to the movement of at-risk fruit and vegetables within our region. Taking place inside the iconic New York music scene of the early 1960s, the story follows 19-year-old Minnesota musician Bob Dylan (Timothée Chalamet) as he rises from an unknown folk singer to a global sensation.
